1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The average delivery time is 7 to 16 business days after shipment. For limited releases and special editions, delivery times may vary slightly.
2. Where do the products ship from?

3. What is the quality of the sneakers?
All our sneakers are premium quality, with materials and finishes true to the originals. Real product photos are available on our website for complete transparency.
4. When will my order be shipped?
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our distribution center, where it is picked, packed, and shipped. The average dispatch time is 2 to 7 business days.
5. Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We offer installment options via Klarna and other local financing services, depending on your country.
6. Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, but only by appointment. Please place your order through the website and contact us immediately via email support@officialsentinels.com or Instagram to arrange pickup.
7. I ordered multiple products but only received part of my order. Is this normal?
Yes. To avoid customs fees and reduce delivery risks, some orders may be shipped in separate packages.
8. What if my delivery is delayed?
No worries — we monitor all shipments daily. If your order does not arrive within 120 business days after dispatch, we will issue a full refund according to our shipping policy.
9. I can’t track my order. What should I do?
Tracking numbers may take up to 5 business days to show movement on tracking platforms.
